Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund once we confirm the issue.

  • Photos of the damaged item/packaging may be requested to help us improve our shipping process.

Returns

  • Because books are easily copied or read once opened, we generally do not accept returns for unwanted items.

  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion for unopened, unused products.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and personalized or signed books cannot be returned or refunded.
